Do I have to have a burnout to start coaching?I want to emphasize that you don't have to be in a burnout before you can consider coaching. At my practice I offer guidance and support in the areas of stress management, relief and prevention. My goal is to help you manage stress and create a healthy lifestyle before it develops into burnout. Stress is a common aspect of our daily lives and can have a major impact on both our physical and mental well-being. By intervening early and working on stress management, we can prevent it from building up and ultimately leading to burnout. Together we will look at your specific situation and goals, and work on effective strategies to reduce stress and build resilience. Whether you currently suffer from chronic stress, are overwhelmed by work-related pressures or just want to learn how to better manage stress, coaching can help. I will provide you with practical tools, techniques and insights to reduce stress, create balance and promote your overall well-being. Wat is coaching NIET?Als coach wil ik benadrukken dat coaching geen therapie is. Als er sprake is van bvb een depressie of andere problematiek, zal ik je doorverwijzen naar een psycholoog of psychiater. Ook stel ik geen medische diagnose: hiervoor zal ik ook doorverwijzen naar een arts of een klinisch psycholoog. Mijn rol als coach is niet om mensen te behandelen, maar om te coachen. Ik geloof dat de oplossingen reeds in de persoon zelf aanwezig zijn. Door coachingtechnieken te gebruiken, help ik jou deze oplossingen naar de oppervlakte te brengen. Coaching is een gestructureerd proces dat gericht is op het identificeren van doelen, het ontwikkelen van strategieën en het nemen van actie om persoonlijke groei en verandering te bevorderen. Mijn rol als coach is om jou te begeleiden, te inspireren en uit te dagen, zodat je het beste uit jezelf kunt halen. Ik wil dat je je bewust bent van deze onderscheidende kenmerken van coaching. In het intake gesprek bekijken we dan ook of coaching de beste aanpak is voor jouw situatie, en indien niet help ik je graag op weg naar de juiste oplossing.

How do I add a new question and answer?Follow the following steps to add new FAQs: Click the 'Manage questions' button From your site's dashboard, click 'Add question' and add a new question and answer Each new question must be assigned to a category Then click on 'Save' and then on 'Publish'. You can always edit your questions and answers, change the order and select other categories.

Can I add an image, video, or gif to my questions?Yes. To add media you need to follow these steps: Go to the app settings Click on 'Manage questions' Create or select the question you want to add media to When editing your reply, click on the video, image or GIF icon Add media from your library and click 'Save'.

How can I edit or delete the title?You can customize the title of the FAQs in the layouts. If you don't want to display the title, you can easily disable it under 'Information'.
